Knowing how to live in harmony, in Tzeltal, it's called "lequil cuxlejalil".

Tzeltal community
Our coffee is grown in the Tzeltal territory of the North Jungle of Chiapas, which is the largest indigenous group in Chiapas. For these communities, the most important activity is small diversified family farming. Profits from ZiM Coffee will be distributed as microloans for financially excluded indigenous farmers and their families.

Geographical Location
The Northern Chiapas jungle is perfectly situated for growing high-quality coffee. It sits between 3000 and 5000 feet above sea level, the average temperature ranges from 62 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit, and the soil is abundant with organic matter. Adhering to the principles of agroecology, our beans are shade-grown, supporting the beauty of biodiversity.

Capeltic Nuestro Café
ZiM Coffee has partnered with Capeltic Nuestro Café to source our coffee. The delicate fine flavor and abundant creamy body plays with a citric acidity that sets our coffee apart from the rest. Its floral, caramelized, and chocolaty notes awaken the senses.
